Room is clean, and we had a city view on the 10th floor which was amazing. Staff is helpful — good service, good food, good coffee. It's just 25 minutes from SAW airport and 15 minutes to the Bostancı coast. Very well done. Happy with the choice.
Everything was great — the reception was very helpful and kind, and the place was amazing, especially the room with the jacuzzi.
CITYLOFT 161 is a very modern, clean hotel with friendly staff who serve with a smile and are accommodating. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a small living space. In the lobby there's a café that serves food and Starbucks coffee and has a really nice vibe.
I'm a regular here — I come all the time, and the staff are always friendly.

The minimum stay is 1 month; you can stay for a month, a few months or a year. No 12-month commitment is required. We set the start date together to suit your needs.
Yes. All homes are handed over furnished and ready to live in; furniture, an equipped kitchen, heating and cooling, and fast internet are included. All you need to bring are your personal belongings.
Yes. Electricity, water, heating and cooling, internet and building fees are included in the monthly price; however much you use, the price stays the same.
Yes, you can have guests; the number of guests or people staying in the home does not change the price. During our conversation we share a few house rules that keep things peaceful for everyone.
Cleaning your home is optional, and maintenance is taken care of by us.
If your plans change, let us know as early as possible and we’ll plan your move-out together. We share the early departure terms with you clearly before you sign the contract.
