Room is clean, and we had a city view on the 10th floor which was amazing. Staff is helpful — good service, good food, good coffee. It's just 25 minutes from SAW airport and 15 minutes to the Bostancı coast. Very well done. Happy with the choice.

CITYLOFT 161 is a very modern, clean hotel with friendly staff who serve with a smile and are accommodating. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a small living space. In the lobby there's a café that serves food and Starbucks coffee and has a really nice vibe.

Our long-term apartments suit university students, professionals and expats. To keep the living environment secure and orderly, we review each guest's profile together in a short conversation.

Stays are planned in terms starting from 1 month. We set the start date together, based on what you need.

Every apartment is fully equipped and move-in ready; furniture, kitchen, climate control and uninterrupted internet are all included. You only need to bring your personal belongings.

We share the guest policy clearly during our conversation, so everyone stays comfortable.

The cleaning and upkeep of shared areas is on us. For your own apartment, additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
